Description:
You can buy or handmake a journal, use a composition book, a spiral notebook, or similar. You choose the size but it should be no less that 4"x4". The journal will have a minimum of 20 pages artfully decorated and filled with treasures such as photos, recipes, quotes, favorite scripture, postcards, bookmarks, notecards, cds, dvds, the skys the limit! You can attach the treasures into the book however you see fit... pockets, envelopes, fold-outs, tied in, etc. The pages of the journal should be fun/beautiful/ interesting to look at. You can include more than 20 pages if you want. You will have 6 weeks to complete and mail your journal.

I am not a artist, but I will do my very best! I have been doing more collages and free hand drawing, than just using stickers. Will that be okay? I don't want anyone disappointed

Ok, just to clarify, is it 20 pages as I flip through the book, or is the left side of a double page spread page 1, and the right side of a double spread page 2, and so on?

The left side counts as page 1 and the right side as page 2 or you can do all right sides.
Each page doesn't have to have a removeable treasure, you can write a recipe right into the book!

I made the journal for my partner over the weekend and mailed it out this morning via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. She should have it by Wednesday or so. My hope is that she won't open it until Sunday, May 9, but I forgot to write that on the package.

Am sorry I didn't upload pictures I lost my grandma Pearl May 3 and my moma may 6...so it seems like I have been busy with handling everything for the family....Loved my journal very much!!
