Mailable Photo Frame Art

.To play with us in this swap you will need 2 mailable photo frames. You can get them from The Photojojo Store or from somewhere else, but you MUST be able to send them naked through the post (some of the ones listed as "Mailable" require an envelope, so please make sure you can have a good old naked mailing time).

Now. You will have 2 partners, and you will have a good long read of their profile and then create some art for them based on their favourite colours, animals, crafts - whatever you like but it must be from their profile. Once you're all done, pop your art into the frame and send it off. Easy peasy.

"What kind of art??" What do you enjoy most? It can be photography, collage, drawing, painting, embroidery... anything you love to do as long as it's nice and flat to fit in the frame.

"Do I have to buy the frames from the store you linked?" No. If you can find them (or something very like them) online, in stores or whatever, buy them from there. I do not work for Photojojo, it's no skin off my nose :P

"Can I make my own mailable frame?" Nope. You can modify one that's designed for envelopes if you like by covering the fold out bit so that it doesn't clog the machinery, but you can't make your own. Remember also, if you're modding an envelope mailing type, your partners need to be able to make the frame stand once it arrives.

Who can play with us?

• Anyone with no 1's from the past 3 months, unless they are explained fully.
• Any rated swapper with 4.8 or higher in ratings.
• Newbies by invitation only. Sorry, it's a very time intensive swap. If it goes well I will be running it again. Seasoned swappers, any newbies will either be personal friends of mine, or referred by a seasoned swapper, so don't worry.

Please send your best work. The aim here is to send your partner something they can display and enjoy in their homes for a long time. Please take your partners profile into serious consideration.

I'm leaving 1 month between sign ups and send date, this should give you ample time to order or find a mailable frame. Remember you can also create your art to size before your frames arrive and then just insert and post when they get to you.
