here is your chance to get your ratings back up. This will be a post card swap, and you will have 5 partners, that is 5 chances to get a 5 in your ratings, to at least boost to your rating. I ask that the post cards be postmarked themselves. This swap IS to get ratings up so anybody with lower than perfect ratings are welcome as well as newbies! Just be warned, it is a HIGH RISK swap since I will not be banning anyone. This is a U.S. and Canada only swap. Hope you enjoy!
