Description:

In this swap, you will send your partner 40 stickers. They must be unused and tasteful, please. You can send full sheets, or loose stickers, but remember if you send small stickers, or sticker flakes (smaller than your thumbnail) then 2 sticker flakes will count as one loose sticker. Please no foam stickers, nor teacher reward stickers.Other than that, this is senders choice, so if you receive an envelope with 40 stickers (or more if they are flakes) please rate a 5. If you have 1's or recent no-sends, this swap is not for you. IF YOU'RE PICKY AND CAN'T BE OKAY WITH WHAT YOU RECEIVE, PLEASE DON'T JOIN MY SWAP. I DON'T WANT TO SEE PEOPLE GETTING 3's BECAUSE THEY SENT YOU A DAFFY DUCK STICKER AND YOU DON'T LIKE DAFFY DUCK. USE IT ON ANOTHER SWAP.

Newbies with well filled out profile are welcome. Don't sign up if you can't fulfill your commitment. Nobody likes a flaker.

Include a short note with your swap-bot screen name, and the name of this swap, so your partner can rate you.

** EDIT** I have made an international version of this swap..

When you say 40 stickers.... if a sheet has 4 stickers on it - does that count as 4 or 1.... just want to make sure. thx

It counts as 4, as long as they are larger than your thumbnail. IF they are smaller then your thumbnail, then 2 of those stickers will count as 1.

I have a ton of like store bought stickers. I also have one of those machines that you can run normal paper through and make it into a sticker. Could I make stickers and send them or is that a no-no? Maybe it depends on the swap?

As long as it is not plain, the handmade sticker is fine.

DeidreArt 05/11/2010 #

Okay thanks. I love designing some of my own, Either on the computer to print out or hand drawn.

Hey Shabbypink...I absoultely agree with you!! If people are too picky...you should go buy them yourself right?? Some people may not have your exact style in their stash...I say it's a gamble and if you are too picky..don't risk and then complain! Be happy you get to be involved in a great swap!! Don't people know the saying...it's better to give than recieve?? Good for you for putting that in your swap directions! I may have to add the 'picky part' to future swaps of mine!!

Hey DeidreArt....I personally would love your handmade stickers!! How unique and fun! I would think most anyone who knows the time it takes to make art, that it would be apprciated, reguardless of the style!! But, unfortunately some people suck! You can't please them no matter what:(( Good luck to you!

Well, we're here because we all have one thing in common, we like to swap. We're also adults (or very close to adults) and should be thankful.

Exactly!! :)))
