Description:

After being stiffed on every swap I've organised in the past year I thought I'd give it one last try before I give it up as a waste of time and money and just start sending myself random parcels of black and white treasure...

This is an international swap. Newbies welcome but you must have your profile filled out :-)

You will send your partner a package of black and white goodies to the value of US$15. Ideas include stationery, sweets (candy), tea towels (or other kitchen bits and pieces) or craft supplies - check your partner's profile to see what they're interested in and try to tailor your package accordingly.

I would love to see a USA version of this... International is tricky for me.. I don't know what you can and can't send.. And postage can get expensive... If you decide to host a USA one please let me know. :)

Cancel that last part of you hosting a USA version.. I went to your profile and seen you were in Austrailia. Maybe you could tell me more about what can and can't be sent internationally.

Generally, unprocessed food is a no, also seeds. Things like chocolate, other candy, packaged coffee etc etc are usually fine.

In the event of something being sent into Australia that shouldn't be, customs DOES take the item from the package, but they also insert a note saying what was taken out and why.

@kymomto5 I don't know about other countries, but here is a list of things that can't be sent to Australia. :)

Would love to do this again!! I adored the package you (TheShoppingSherpa) sent me last time. Still trying to find a website for the licorice "Yummy yummy". I love love love black and white even better with a splash of red.

Seems I'm a little late to the party: Frogglin has got it in one. No wood products, animal products (honey, cheese, feathers etc) or seeds. Luckily not many of these things are black or white :-)

If you're desperate for Aussie licorice we can come to some arrangement... :-)
