Are you following the Weight Watchers weight loss plan, or striving to lose weight in some other way? I'm going out on a limb here and assuming that there are other swappers who are losing weight through Weight Watchers too. I think it would be great to do a swap to inspire each other to "keep on keepin' on" the weight loss journey.

If you are not doing Weight Watchers specifically, please be sure to include the nutritional values in your recipes instead of points.

*For a heart, include some profile specific items, healthy treats, extra recipes, WW magazine, etc.

Newbies welcome, but no flaking please...it's just plain old mean. Just don't sign up if you are a flakey individual!
