Swap description: A 70s Fabric Notebook This swap was inspired by a tutorial I found on the Crafty Pod blog - the totally genius super simple way to cover a composition book (or notebook, to us non-US types). I'm terrified of a sewing machine but love funky 70s fabric so learning this easy trick has revolutionised my crafting repertoire! For this swap, you will make each of your partners one 70s fabric covered notebook. You can use the technique above, or any other way to cover a notebook that you know of (I realise that more skilled seamstresses will have more options available to them!) - e.g. a removable slip-cover or...probably lots of other things, too... The notebook itself can be storebought or handmade - see below for specifications. Here's a great tutorial if you want to make your own Moleskine-type Cahier (out of a cereal box) or feel free to use any other handbound notebook technique you prefer. Swap requirements
