Scrapbooking monthly kit clubs are so much fun! you always get different types of materials and supplies that coordinate and compliment each other. in this swap you will create a monthly paper crafts kit for your partner. you will have 2 weeks to pick a theme or a color combo and then hand pick the items that would fit your partner's kit (please note: store bought kits are not the target here. you need to compile your very own kit). the kit should include the following: 10 buttons/brads/eyelets 5 papers, at least 6X6 inches size 4 big embellishments (Prima flowers, chipboards, tags etc) 3 stamped images/die cuts 2 stickers/ 3D embelishments 1 ribbon/border you may add more coordinating extras your choice! please write below in the comments if your are more of a page kit, or a card kit type. this does not mean you will get it but your partner may use that info. this is the time to get creative! remember you are "starting" your very own kit of the month club. this is an international swap, and everybody can sign up for this with a rating over 4.8/well filled profile. Hi, I love this idea and will sign up nearer the date but I have a couple of questions if that is ok! What is a 'page' kit, I am thinking perhaps it is a kit that gives everything a scrapbooker would need for a themed page? I am also curious as to what you mean by 'starting your very own kit of the month club'? Not entirely sure what you mean but presuming you mean it will be an ongoing monthly swap but I am a little unsure. Sorry for the questions but I am new to swapping and have not done a kit one before but am keen to join and just want to do it right, thanks hun =)

@HollyHox here are your answers: a 'page' kit is what you thought, a kit that gives everything a scrapbooker would need for a themed page? 'starting your very own kit of the month club'? I have been running this swap for a year now,once a month, so It feels like I have a kit club.

A card kit type would mean you get materials to make note/greeting cards? I see that the title of the swap is papercraft, not scrapbooking. Can you clarify?? Thanks in advance.

@minniemack the kit should contain different things for paper crafts like scrapbooking and card making. as mentioned in the swap details when you join the swap you can say in the comments if you prefer things for scrapbooking or card making but this is still senders choice.

Hi @Cinful you don't "choose" a partner. this is an automatic process the the host do and once it happens (randomly) you will receive an email notifying you that partners assigned. once that happens you come back to the swap page and you will have a line in the upper right box "see the partners you send to" click on that and you will have a pop up window with name and address and a link to their profile.

Hi, I've never been part.of a swap but yours sounds like a lot of fun. How do you get the 4.8 rating needed to be included in your swaps? How much is the shipping on international swaps? How long does it usually take for deliveries? Are there "themes" for each swap? Are there any other requirements that need to be met? Thanks in advance. Doreen
