I am a scrapbooker and find myself looking for the perfect brad all the time. So this swap is for brads... plain ones, colorful ones, shaped ones, themed ones... all brads except the office store gold paper fasteners unless they have been altered to be a brad. Rules are simple... you have to mail a mixture of brads...please be sure NOT to send all the same kind or color of brad. Mix it up a bit...For example... I am sending my partner a mix of shaped ones, themed ones, reg round ones A minimum of 50 brads NO MINI BRADS You should send your partner a variety that you would like to receive... no junky brads that are missing 1 prong or have a scratched top.... You should also mail your items in a padded mailer to prevent damage. Remember you can always send extras... A rating of 4.8 is required with no recent 1s and no excessive 3s....Newbies welcome with a WELL FILLED OUT PROFILE meaning more than a few paragraphs.

Yes you can send them as an added bonus for your partner... just write them a lil note telling them thats why the minis are in the package

I took that out after some ppl in the last round complained because they only got minis in the swap... so this round there are no minis allowed... however I may include them in the next round... You can always ask your partner after I assign them if you can substitute the 3-4 minis per 1 larger one...

Ok that makes sense. I have chosen a lot of extra large ones and happen to have some very cute shaped minis! I am trying to avoid round ones. I will ask my partner or just include as extras. Thank you for the clarification. I am looking forward to this as I love Brads!!!!

I can't wait to build my stash some more so that I will be able to jump in on these swaps. I am still new at some of the supplies and this is one of them. I am working on it though, lol. It is a great swap and I know you all will have lots of fun.

Yeah I need to build my stash up again... I have been flaked on in 2 brad swaps so I have lost alot of brads... Grrrr...

what size is a mini brad? is it the super teeny tiny ones? or the (i think) 1/4 inch size?

Usually the mini ones say so on the packaging... Um I think they are the 3/16 size... They are noticeably smaller than reg brads... Sorry I cant help more... lol
