For this swap you will create a beautiful altered art domino pendant. Check here for an example, http://www.theenchantedgallery.com/dominoes.html

Since the finished pendants will be small this will be an international swap. Open to members with a 4.5 or higher rating, and no flakes, 1's, or 3's in the last three months. (If you feel you got an unfair rating pm me with the details and I may consider you).

You may use rubberstamps, inks, chalks, old pictures, books, magazines etc. Use your imagination to create something you would be really proud of.

If there is enough interest I will host this again in the future. So don't just watch join in and start your domino pendant collection today.

I'm in. Do you need to send a chain as well, or just the pendant?

Cocoa 07/19/2010 #

Where do you get your clasps for pendents? Are they glued on or do you drill holes?

AutumnRain 07/20/2010 #

Electra, I would send a chain (or ribbon) to hang it on as well. Cocoa, I drill mine with a dremel but have seen them glued on as well. Michaels usually carries them or you can get them from beading supply companies.

There are Aanraku bails that can be glued on. I use a different bail that I purchased at Hobby Lobby as it provides a nice big base for the domino. I have searched for a picture, but can't find one.

I have been making Altered Domino Jewelry for almost a year. I drill most of mine, but some I glue on bails. take a look at some of my work. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jnzatc/ if you have any questions you can message me or email me [email protected]
