My favorite block!!! I'm in!

Here's an active link for the pattern link above:

Also--do we need to watch for the direction of the swirls? The ones in the picture are going counter clockwise, but my pattern makes them going the other way.

Holy Mackeral! I spent about an hour with my quilting sister today just choosing fabrics for the blocks I have to make by Aug 31! The good news is I didn't have to go out and buy any more fabric, the not-so-good-news, well, not bad news, kind of neutral news...anyway, I'm overwhelmed byt he number I signed up for--LOL--not asking for help, just a little venting and taking-of-a-deep-breath before diving into cutting and sewing--there were certainly a lot of quilting swaps to sign up for in the last couple of months--I'm just going to watch out for the number of partners next time!

I do love this Snail Trail though! :)

I love more partners it forces me to make more and in return get more. It takes about 30 mins per snail tail for me from cutting, to finshed block. I will keep up the block of the month with differnt patterns than the other current swaps on swap bot. It makes me try new things and have a great start on some holiday presents. Like four snail trail tore bags. Thank you all for signing up.
