Description:
In this swap, we'll send one handmade postcard to our swap partner! The postcard theme is sender's choice.. use whatever materials you like..a cereal box..pictures cut from a magazine..wallpaper scraps..Graphics or clip art printed from the net..ribbon, etc.. Please nothing offensive..or religious ...Put some thought into it... Express yourself! I will not be able to angel this swap. With that said, don't flake. Show others that you're reliable. If you receive a handmade postcard, mailed on time, then give your partner a 5. Remember some of us are novice crafters and this is our chance to practice and perfect our crafting. You must have a 4.9 or better rating, NO no-sends in the past 6 months, and at least 10 completed and rated swaps under your belt. Sorry, no newbies this round.. Have fun everyone! Also, if they could get damaged in transit, please put them in an envelope. IF you send them naked, please secure any embellishments with clear packaging tape or mod podge, etc.

Does a digital postcard count as handmade?

@nnyla did you mean printing out a card from the net? It should be something "crafty" like hand drawn, or hand painted, maybe some nice graphics cut and pasted, embellished. Kind of like making a handmade greeting card sort of idea. If you printed something off the net, and added to it, say, embellished it somehow, that would be neat! Something you just click and print off the net, stick a stamp on and mail, IMO doesn't really fit the bill. Hope this answers your question.

Sending mine in an envie. The first one I made didn't turn out as well as I'd have liked, so made another. Sending both to my partner!

After I make mine and write on the back I usually laminate them and then stamp them. It keeps them from getting damaged and they look super nice!
