I love swapping bookmarks! I'm sure lots of you do :) For this swap, you will send one fall themed bookmark (pumpkins, leaves, apples...etc) to one partner AND one bag of tea for them to curl up and read with. Bookmarks can be store bought or handmade with care :) Please keep this FALL related and not Halloween (I will be hosting a halloween one later-teehee)
