All of us at some point have either wanted to lose or gain a few pounds well this a swap for those whom are struggling to lose weight and would like someone to encourage them on a weekly basis or share some goals together. So once a week you will send an email to your partner documenting what you ate & drank for the intire week all the good and all the bad. You can also share your goals. You will have only one partner. You must have at least a rating , of 4.50 and must be willing to commit to writing your food & drink in take daily. for the week of Sept 13-17! You can also add where you ate at which time. (ie.
