I was doing monthly swaps called 'writing diet journal' but turning it into an email swap and making it weekly may make it easier plus it's easier for your partner to respond to your email with advice or encouragement. We save on shipping and we can have multiple partners so you get more advice (and all you have to do is copy + paste more emails into the address bar). I'm going to set the partners at the maximum of 20 which means unless more then 20 join everyone gets to share with everyone.

The point of the writing diet is when you pay attention to what you eat and do your more likely to take notice of what you need to improve.

Keep track of what you eat or do each day. Example 9am I ate cereal and drank tea. 10 am I went for a walk etc. Write it down on a piece of paper or in a word document each day so you don't forget.

At the end of the week email your lists to your partner. It should include every day monday to sunday.

After you receive the emails from your partner don't forgot to rate but also (even though you can't get rated for it) email back if you notice anything about your partners habits that you maybe able to give them advice about Example "I notice you don't eat very much fruit perhaps you should take vitamins to supplement the vitamins your not receiving"
