Description:

This is a repeat of one of my previous swaps from Crafty Witches, one called you crafty, crafty little witch. Seeing a you got the invite you know the drill on that part, let's get to the actual swap:

Time to get creative, time to get crafting :-)

For this swap you will list 5 themes in the comment section (as broad as possible) that relate to things you use/have a connection to in your pagan faith or would just really like to recieve. When your partner is assigned they will look in the comment section and choose 3 of the 5 themes you listed and make you something that fits those themes.

Yes, ALL things within the 3 themes must be handmade by you.

Examples of broard themes could be things like "a celtic symbol", "something for my alter", "a fairy theme", "something for my BoS" and so on... Just make it something you would be thrilled to recieve :-)

This does not need to be an expensive swap, but it does need to be crafted with love and you do have to put time and energy into it.

Get crafting as soon as you get your partner, don't put it off to the last minute just because you have a long time.

When you have read over your partners wishes and you perhaps feel their themes are too broad go read their profile for inspiration. For instance if they put down "a celtic symbol" as a theme and their profile says they are into tarot cards you could make them a special box to put tarot cards in that is decorated with celtic symbols or even a cloth with the symbols that they can wrap their cards in. If a person put down a specific goddess or god and their profile says they like figurines or statuettes you could make them an altered doll in that diety image. I'm sure you see where I am going with this ;-)

This swap should feel special to the person recieving it, it should feel like it was tailored especially to them and what they like.

One last word of advise: Have tons of fun creating this swap :-D

My 5 themes:

1: Small paganthemed ornaments suitable for hanging on a tree or in the window around Yule (trying to start a collection ;-))

2: Water elements themed

3: Large-ish pagan themed stuffie (can't sew to save my life, so this is a big wish as I can't do this myself)

4: Sun & Moon theme (interpret as you wish)

5: Poseidon themed (I get so much Athena themed, but my "main man" gets overlooked in swaps ;-))

1: Altar statue theme...either deities from my profile or generic ones. Like a Lord and/or Lady.

2: Kitchen Witch

3: Ancestor Worship

4: Witch Essentials Kit....you decide what that means.:-)

5: Voodoo/Hoodoo theme

I'm in, but I am seriously short on time right now.. I am (very likely) away from my computer all weekend, so I'll have to post my wishlist on the 5th or 6th.

Hugs, all! I am honored to be part of this smaller circle. :) --Tahlia

I love this swap! Have yet to receive the other but I will dare list something still! ;)

  1. Something Native American (doesn't have to be a dreamcatcher as I have plenty of those).

  2. Something wolf-themed ( I have plenty of dragons - even though you can never have too many dragons!)

  3. Something tarot

  4. Something representing my moon sign Pisces (trying to connect a bit more with that side of me).

  5. Anything spell-crafty (with emphasis on the crafty part. Got a book by S. Cunningham, where you actually craft as part of your spell, e.g. make candles, corn mothers etc. So preferably nothing from that book as I already got it ;) )
