Description:

This swap is for a large (250-count) matchbox filled with beads, buttons & brads.

Beads should be the bigger/chunky/pretty/nicer kind. Glass, wood, clay & such are best. EDIT You may also include nice plastic ones and seed-beads, however, please check with your partner first to be sure they could use those kind, as some people do not.

Buttons should be cute and/or pretty... or at least with nice colors. No boring kinds, such as plain white, etc. EDIT You may include SOME plain ones, to help fill the box, but the majority should be the nicer kind. :)

Brads should be the kind that are shaped/cute/pretty, and not just plain silver/gold paper fasteners. EDIT Again ~ You may include SOME plain ones, to help fill the box, but the majority should be the nicer/fancier kind. :)

Fill the box as full as you can with these items, and decorate it in any way you wish! Box MUST be decorated in some way.

Unfortunately, due to this being a larger swap, I must keep sign-ups within the USA & Canada. Also, only those with a 4.5 and higher rating may join.

I know this says no seed beads...but I would LOVE to get seed beads especially if they are separated by color and not a multicolor mix, but all are welcome. I use them a lot in my bottle caps.

I wouldn't mind getting seed beads too, if they were a mix.... and white buttons would be ok too. I think the host just wants to make sure we get an assortment of fun stuff and not just plain things. :)

VJP & snarglebean ~ I think I may edit this swap a bit to include seed beads and such. Snarglebean was correct in saying I just wanted to be sure someone does not get all plain items, but rather a lovely assortment of things. ;)

Okay, my box is decorated and filled to overflowing so I have a couple of extra bags of stuff. If the swap date doesn't get here soon it could be 3 bags of goodies. Yes...I had fun with this one. My first 250 count box and it was fun to decorate with fabric. Love all the extra room to fill up with goodies!

Ok what are the dimension of the 250 count box? I've got an older on that is about 1/4 taller the new boxes I've purchased. I'd send the older one, but It's in such bad shape....I actually used the matches from it. LOL!
