I was a kid in the 80's, so I was so excited when fluorescent/neon colors showed up again! If you love neon, fluorescent, glow in the dark... join the swap and we'll make some handmade ATCs! Spend some time on these... they make neon paints, neon thread, neon beads, glow in the dark nail polishes, I've seen neon magazine ads or gift wrap to collage with... try to use everything you can to make these extra cool! Part of the requirement for this is that you spend the time to embellish them and make something you're proud of. :) You'll make 4 of them and send each one to a different partner.
