Description:

I'm always looking for new veggie receipes or veggie spins on the classics (like stuffed green peppers, or pot pies).

So, we will have 3 partners and send them 3 vegetarian recipes each.

THESE WILL BE MAILED. Not emailed. Print or type. Can either be on notecards, stationary, cardstock, etc. Whatever you chose, put them in an envelope and mail them. (if you have them printed or clipped from a recipe book or a magazine or something..that's fine too.)

Newbies and internationals welcome :) If you have a food allergy or two, feel free to list it here. Please limit these as we'd want our partners to be able to chose good recipes for us.

Thanks :]

I am not a vegan, so vegetarian recipes are great with egg & dairy products. If you have any that would appeal to a non vegetarian, too that would be wonderful! (My husband is an omnivore!) :)

I love getting new recipes - especially when they've been tried and are recommended! :)

I don't have any food allergies. I am kinda bored w/ pasta and potato recipes. That's why the thought of the veggie pot pies and stuffed green peppers came to mind. :] But I will take anything. Pasta is evil..it'll work itself back in their somehow.

We eat mostly vegan at home (the kids are vegan) and nut free due to allergy concerns.

Please ... none with blue cheese, rhubarb, gooseberries or smoked foods. The blue cheese is particularly important as it is linked to why I can't eat meat and fish.

I am not a vegetarian but i love veggies and try and fix vegetarian meals three or more times a week for health and budget concerns. Would love some new and interesting recipes and it is OK for them to have dairy and cheese.

hi all, just a quickie - I am allergic to mango! Also I am dairy free, but eggs are okay.

I was a vegetarian for 5 years so I learned to cook it very well. I have some great recipes. I have no food restrictions. Thanks!

FYI...I've substituted Vanilla Silk (which I LOVE!) for lots of recipes that call for milk. I even made strawberry cupcakes once that turned out SO delicious (especially with that little extra vanilla!).

Just thought I'd share a quick little tip I've picked up. Can't wait to see the recipes! :D

I've posted my recipes off - but it is going to take a while for them to arrive as we have a postal strike going on at present.

I sub in soymilk for cows milk, soft tofu (plus baking powder sometimes) for eggs in baking, milk free margarine for butter, all with fine results.

But I found good recipes to share that need no substitutions :)
