@shaune has a 1 (flaked on sewcrazy in my half-apron swap) and has not clicked sent for this swap as well as another one. She has also not logged on since February 3 so I have sent her an email.

I advised Papy77 that I will angel her for this swap as soon as she has rated shaune a 1.
