LAUGHTER ATC

What makes you laugh?? For me it's clowns (but not the creepy variety). For this swap we will be creating ATC's about things that make you laugh. What tickles your funny bone?

Here are the rules:

 1 ATC for 1 partner.  ATC sizing applies: 2.5x3.5.  4.9 or higher rating for this swap.  Follow theme requirements.  No flakers allowed. If you sign up, follow through.  Mail by deadline - You WILL hear from me if you do not.  Recent 1's or 3's are a no-no.  Newbies are very welcome with a completed profile + 5 mailed swaps under your belt.  Please provide your best work of art. Slapping stickers on cardstock will not cut it folks!  Once received, be kind, rate promptly.  Don't forget to include your information on the back of your work of art.
