This will be for my son Griffin who is 5 years old.

He likes: stickers, small kids craft / activity kits, loose glitter, sequins, pipe cleaners, craft feathers, chap stick, Lego and Lego people, Hot Wheels vehicles, characters from the movies Toy Story and Cars, paint with water books, storybooks, action figures (he calls them "dudes"), finger skateboards, soft bubblegum, chocolate bars (dislikes bars with peanut butter, but he's not allergic to nuts so no worries), Nintendo characters like Mario / Luigi / Yoshi / Donkey Kong / Kirby, LOVES Lego Star Wars, anything Little Big Planet ... he's a big fan of Sackboy, hot chocolate packets, something handmade with his name like a bead bracelet / zipper pull / bookmark ... I can't go to the store and find something ready-made with GRIFFIN on it, cute self-inking stamps, temporary tattoos, silly socks, those little foam things that you put in water and they grow, chubby markers for little hands, wallets with velcro closure, Curious George, dinosaurs, farm animals, chihuahuas, monkeys, Beanie Babies, smalls stuffed pals to take to bed, Superman and Batman

The only thing he really wouldn't want to see is anything Diego / Dora

This will be for my son Teddy. He's 4 now, but he'll be 5 on February 11 (so this would almost be like a birthday gift for him :)). He's a major geek, like his Mommy and Daddy.

Some of his favorites include: Pokemon, Spongebob, Superheroes (Mommy's a DC fan, but Teddy is equal opportunity), Backyardigans, Animaniacs, Phineas and Ferb, Mario, Toy Story, Hot Wheels (he got a Dr. Bones Color Change Lab for Christmas), anything with his name on it (like Ami, I have a hard time finding anything with his name on it), books (he reads the I Can Read Level 2 books), Anything crafty, stickers of his favorite geekery, Doctor Who, chocolate, anything for his GBA, large dice, anything weird and unusual.

Honestly, Teddy likes just about anything. He's a pretty easy going kid. The only thing that I'd rather avoid is anything that might mark up my walls. He has a 2 year old brother and isn't as good about keeping things away from his as he should be.

Julie is 9 years old. She loves Star Wars, Nintendo (esp. Mario Bros - pronounced Mario Brohs), Doctor Who, MST 3K, and Science experiment kits. She likes to do plastic canvas (new to it) and origami. She likes to build models - like the wooden punch out kind. She likes Legos. She likes pink and red. She likes dice, card games, and crafty stuff.

She likes cute stuff but not cartoon character things (except Phineas and Ferb). She has long hair and likes crazy socks. If you need more ideas, PM me.

My li'l geek is James. He's 8 years old (going on 30). He loves: video games, Weather channel, Nascar Racing (Mark Martin), Maps (all kinds of maps), computer (of course), Phineas & Ferb, anything scientific, or mathematical in nature (loves numbers), games of all kinds (especially one player type games.. he's an only child!) Still plays his Leapster, and is very smart. (reading on 4th grade level).

He does NOT like any kind of candy or chocolate (yea, weird i know)...although he does like powdered donuts. He does not like anything violent or distressing. (He is high functioning autistic, and hass ADHD and sensory integration disorder)

PM me if you need more info.

Not that I think anyone would send anything violent or distressing but what i meant, was things like Transformers, Power rangers, wrestling, batman/spiderman..etc...

Just reread what I wrote and Teddy's birthday is Feb 13, not Feb 11. I must have been tired when I wrote it. :)
