Description:

For this swap you will make a set of stamps for your partner, that can fit into a 32count small matchbox (or equivalent in size box). The (match)box should be decorated with the stamps you made, see picture for example. I made a toast stamp set with different 'toppings' like peanutbutter/jelly, burnt toast & egg.

The challenge of the swap is to make a fun set of stamps that all fit into the matchbox, you can make it as small as you would like but the stamp has to be usable and imprint needs to be clear. A minimum of 2 stamps would make a set, but be creative. The swap is sender's choice but for inspiration you could check your partners profile if you're stuck on what set to make (this is not a requirement but it could help you decide on a set to make) For instance if someone like's sewing, you could make buttons, needle and bobbin with thread as a set? Or a pin cushion with different type of pins? Other types of sets could be leafs and a branch/little tree; teacup, spoon, saucer ; umbrella and raindrops/raincoat ; nesting dolls in different sizes, ... sets that make one whole image are also allowed, like a 3 part cupcake (bottom top and topping) 3-4 part house, etc. The In the end it's up to you, just make a fun set your partner would enjoy using. You will have ample time to make your stamp set.

Swap is open to all HCS members in good standing. We all have different skill levels in carving, just do your best and make something you would be proud of receiving yourself. Rating filter is in place. If there are any questions/concers, feel free to contact me :)
