I see so many valentines swaps on here I can't help but think some of us are substituting the love of strangers for having actual valentines. In the best possible way. Fair enough, I say let's go all the way with it! For this swap you will look at your partner's profile and see what you can figure out about their personality, interests, life etc. Then use your creative swap mind and imagine what about this person someone might fall in love with. Is it their love of nature? ("I like scenic postcards of waterfalls and forests") or their sense of moral duty? ("I pledge to rate!") It doesn't need to be something you personally find attractive. Just pick out some nice/unique things that are specific to this person. Then you will write them an 'anonymous' note as their secret admirer telling them all about how you are secretly in love with them and why. Try to be creative and have fun with it! Be as ridiculous as you wish... for all we know it's completely possible to fall for someone because of their impressive sticker collection. Love is weird like that. The note can be in a card or on a nice piece of paper (ie not just plain lined paper). Make it about half a normal sized page worth of writing, more if you are inspired to keep going. To win this person's affections, also include a small 'present.' It doesn't need to be big but should be either valentines or profile related. A bookmark, stickersheet, ribbon, some buttons etc, whatever you have on hand. Remember to write your own name and the swap name somewhere (not on the anonymous note.) This is open to anyone with 4.7+ and a detailed profile. PM me to explain if you have any recent bad ratings. Newbies welcome. |
