Description:
Cut a piece of white tissue paper larger than an ATC. Stamp your image(s) on the tissue paper. After the ink has dried, tightly crumple the tissue paper. Carefully open the tissue paper. It should be all wrinkled. Cover an ATC made from white cardstock with white glue & lay your stamped tissue paper image side up & smooth out but do not press hard enough to remove the wrinkles. You will send 1 ATC to 2 partners. You are a trusted member of this group but I reserve the right to ban.

Question - after following all the instructions can the ATC then be decorated with ribbon, rhinestones, etc.?

can the tissue paper be another color besides white?

I have only used white but if your stamped image shows then it should work. I would just make sure it is OK with your partner since the directions say to use white. I wouldn't have a problem with it.
