What is Cryptozoology?

Monsters, dinosaurs, mammoths, Sasquatch or Bigfoot, jackalopes, bunyips, Nessie, yetis, chupacabras...all are welcome here!!! Whether the animal is extinct (in the case of wooly mammoths or dinosaurs) or thought to be...out there....somewhere...(Bigfoot and Nessie), any and all creatures that fall loosely under this category are ok! Even REAL animals are ok so long as they are things that live in remote areas and are rarely seen by human eyes (think Giant Squids)...but as far as real animals go, the odder the better. Weird and strange is a good thing.

For this swap you will send your partner 1 postcard with a cryptozoological creature on it. Store bought or good quality handmade, art or photo, humorous or serious, it is up to you...sender's choice, so long as it follows the Cryptozoological theme. It doesn't matter if you believe seriously in these creatures or just find them interesting or humorous!

If you are struggling with what to write to your partner why not write about the weirdest creature you have seen in your dreams. Or the strangest thing you have ever eaten. Or even the weirdest thing you have done this year! Just have fun. :)

(Please, no swappers with a rating below 4.8, although Newbies are welcome)
