Description:
If you, like me, enjoy creating amigurumi but are tired of cutsie, huggable creatures this is the swap for you! There will be no adorable teddy bears, no sweet little bunnies or happy cupcakes here. I want you to find something unique/odd/fun/borderline creepy and make that that. I know there are patterns for hairy spiders, flying spaghetti monsters and moldy cupcakes out there, but feel free to find/create your own abomination. A cute teddy bear with an elaborately embroidered grumpy face isn't far enough. You will have one partner to send a crochet or knitted friend to. I know we are being a little different, but inappropriate will not be allowed; genitalia made of yarn will just have to wait for another swap. Also, try not to freak your partner out; if they don't like spiders then make something else, possibly a demented octopus. I'm allowing newbies because I still remember being excluded and just didn't care for it. I am going to draw the line at anyone with a recent 3 or 1 unless you send me one heck of a good reason. When in doubt, send me any questions you have.

I have seen crochet weenie warmers in numerous locations, that is just one step from genitalia. Also, I have stumbled on that image online before, I wish I had that skill or even knew someone who did. There are loads of images of crochet animal heads mounted like trophies.

Ooh, something I possibly should have asked before, but is there a size guideline? I know some ami are teeny tiny and some can be really quite large.. :)
