Quiltie swap for March

A quiltie is a small quilted item meant for hanging on a wall. In order to promote creativity in our group, I invite you to make one small wall hangable quiltie for one partner. This is sender's choice, so you can use whatever techniques, materials, etc., that you desire. Make sure to sign the back of your quiltie and put some kind of hanging device on the back so your partner can display your work.

I will be posting a new quiltie swap each month this year. For this one, you have until the end of February to sign up to join and then you will have one month in which to create your quiltie. If you want some ideas you can check your partner's profile to see what her favorite colors and things are. If you have one theme you want to explore throughout the year, feel free to do that. If you are feeling cabin fever and want to see some signs of spring, perhaps you could explore that in your quiltie. These are just suggestions, but you are certainly welcome to come up with your own ideas.

Quilties are fun because they are small and not very time consuming, so you can experiment with all those new techniques you have been curious about!
