I love to make Christmas food and love to hear the stories behind them, so letรยดs all get together and swap Christmas recipes. If you have a great recipe for stuffing, pie or any other Christmas related food, write it down! So, here are the rules/guidelines to follow: We will be sending 2 recipes to 5 people so everyone gets enough to actually do a whole Christmas dinner if they want to! You can write your recipes on any medium that you like, just make sure itรยดs readable. Handwritten, please, to make it really special (if you have absolutely horrid handwriting, get someone else to write it for you) Please share your story for the recipe as well as the recipe itself. Where did you get it? When do you usually prepare it? Any special stories or anecdotes are most welcome. For example, if this was a pie that your grandmother used to make and you found it in her handwritten collection, put that on the recipe card. Donรยดt forget to add your name and where youรยดre from! Feel free to decorate your recipes as much as you like, or tuck an extra something into the envelope. Iรยดm making this swap international, so you might want to keep the envelopes flat to make it easier to send. Anything is fine, side dish, main dish, dessert, snacks, etc. |
