Dorothy's Red Shoe Dotee Doll

Let's make a dotee doll to honor "The Wizard of Oz's" Dorothy's red shoes. The dotee needs to be one of Dorothy's red shoes. All the regular rules for the dotee dolls apply. This will be a full size dotee, not a mini. Think about those red shoes.....ooohhhhhh! This is going to be fun!!!!! Sign up ends April 25th and mail out should be not later than May 25th.
