Description:

I want to try this 'non-paper' ATC thing and need victims...er, I mean accomplaces to join me on this new adventure.

So the usual ATC things apply, but you cannot use paper. So felt, cloth, wool, wood, metal, plastic etc. Anything other than paper. No paper at all!

We are aiming for sturdy, so do what you must to make it not flop all over the place. Double up on the felt, stuff the material, use thick wool. Whatever will ensure a sturdy piece. If you are mounting on cardboard, make sure you wrap it all the way around so that no cardboard is visible (front or back).

For the info on the back, you can use a plain piece of cloth and write your details on it. Sew that onto the back of your artpiece. Or stitch it if you are feeling frisky :)

I think these ATC's will come out rather chunky and encourage it :) Make 2 - one for each partner. Usual ATC things apply (2.5"x3.5"; info on back; send what you are proud of). Sender's choice for these.

Some pics to inspire:

Aren't they amazing?

A month to work on two ATC's = fun :) If you are going to send late due to a life emergency, clear with your partners BEFORE the swap deadline and let me know as well. Life happens and communication is key, so please talk to your partners and be fair. Habitual late sending is not fair.

To join swap:

4.9+; no recent 1's or 3's.

just a quick question, is it supposed to fit into our atc files? I don't know how chunky I am allowed to go.Thanx (",)

Hmmm, I guess that is up to your partner. Some people get pretty iffy when the ATC is too thick for the file, some couldn't care less - as long as it's good work. I know some swappers have a file and a seperate 'chunky' ATC box to house their think ATC's. So if in doubt, PM your partner.

Or we can comment here what we prefer - might make it easier.

I do not mind chunky ATC's at all, so let loose ladies :)
