How many of us take care of our families and friends but forget about ourselves or put ourselves last. In this swap I'd like you to think about what would be relaxing, help you to care for yourself in someway. It doesn't have to be complex just very caring. Some small suggestions might be those pkg of facial mask or bath beads that might fit in and envie along with a caring letter or poem or saying. Maybe some daily thinking of you cards every couple days for the week. This is the time of year many get depressed due to the weather or maybe they are facing some medical issues themselves or surgery of a child. Sometimes it is so natural for them to go about their heavy loads that it feels so normal to them but really it takes a toll on them . They forget themselves.....sound familar to anyone?

So lets help each other out. It is senders choice. Cost is what sender can afford. It is required to give a 5 if you get anything from your partner as this is a caring for you swap and who doesn't like to get a 5, but be as generous as you can just don't go for the easy 5,please. NO FLAKERS ALLOWED! I WILL HAVE NO MERCY ON FLAKERS ON THIS SWAP! Unrated and Newbies welcome.
