Description:

The credit for this swap goes to @keylee3 who requested we do a swap like this.

For this swap we will be crocheting 7 inch squares, using any patterns of your choosing as long as it is NOT the traditional granny square pattern.

You will have 2 partners.

To make it easier on everyone, you will choose TWO different patterns, using the patterns you chose (NOT TRADITIONAL) you will make 2 squares, from each pattern, for a total of 4 squares. You will then send one of each square, to each of your partners. Along with the squares you will also include a copy of the pattern directions for each square. So your partners will get 2 squares total, 1 of each design, and the directions.

Please make sure to measure your squares and make them as close to 7 inches as possible!!! Also please be kind and weave in all loose ends

This is open to ALL group members, so yes it is international.

Here is a link to lots of free patterns.

If you have any questions regarding this swap please ask. I hope it makes sense. I just want to stress that the squares be as close to 7 inches as possible. I have received lovely squares in past swaps and the sizes tend to range anywhere from 6-8 inches. Keep in mind if you are trying a new pattern, if the pattern is coming out to large try using a smaller hook, or maybe leave off a round if possible. If it is coming out to small try adding an extra row or use a larger hook.
