Handmade - Inspired by Flickr Favorites

For this swap you will be assigned one partner and you will make something for your partner based on the pictures in their Flickr Favorites. You can check their profile to make sure you aren't sending them anything they hate, but the item you make should be based strictly on what you learn from your partner's favorites. What colors, styles, patterns, objects does your partner enjoy? Is there a lot of bright colors? Architecture? Nature? Desserts? Lacy, feminine things? Kitchens? Dogs? Graffiti? Try to incorperate several of the observations you have made into the item you make. Include a note with the package explaining why you chose to make what you did.

To get to your partner's favorites, it's the third link from the right under their username at the top of the page. This will only be visible in their photos, not their profile. Message me if you have trouble finding it and I can send you a direct link.

This swap is going to have several criteria for joining, so make sure you meet all of them:

1. You must have an account at Flickr.com

2. You must link to your Flickr account in your profile OR paste the URL into the comments below

3. You must have selected at least 100 photos/pictures for your Favorites (the number will be at the bottom of the page when you view your favorites). I will not be checking the number of favorites you have until after the sign ups are over, so you have plenty of time to browse and choose wisely if you don't have many favorites already. The photos must reflect your tastes and personality. They can't ALL be of your baby cousin or of you and your friends at the bar. Your partner will be sending based on what you have put in your favorites, so choose wisely.

4. You must have feedback for at least 5 swaps (not including letter, postcard and email) and you must have a rating of 4.8 or higher. I will also not be checking this until after the sign ups are over, so if you think you might qualify by then, go ahead and join up.
