Description:

Postcards are great fun to collect and exchange but what do you know about the card you’re sending or the history of postcards? This swap is for people interested in exchanging postcards as well as learning more about the history of postcards or the postcard they’re sending. Who published the card, what year was the card produced, artist name, history of the artist, type of postcard, are just a few of the questions that might come to mind when thinking about a postcard.

In this swap, you will send your partner a new storebought or vintage card. No ad or homemade cards for this swap. On your card you are to write something about the postcard, the history of postcards, postcard collecting, etc.

Cards should be written on, stamped and sent naked.

Members only with a 4.8 rating or above – no unexplained 1’s or 3’s either. Because all of us had to start somewhere, newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile. I’ll be checking all profiles and will email those who either don't fit the profile or whom I might have questions.. Flakers are not encouraged to join however, I'll angel the swap for any who do slip by me.

There are numerous online resources that offer information about postcards and postcard collecting. Join the swap and let’s see what we can do to expand our knowledge, understanding, joy and fun of postcard collecting.

Some postcard information websites to get you started are www.postcardy.com, http://www.vintagepostcards.org, www.postcardcollector.org.

Let’s make this swap fun and educational! If it’s successful, I’ll host another one.

The postcard is great and fun to collect, especially when it is related to education. You can swap the postcard to share the peaceful message with your friends. Collect the postcard information from https://trendblog.net/5-ways-5g-can-improve-online-education/ and it will expand your knowledge with the help of the collecting postcard because it is a very fun activity.
