I take it this swap is for not your state rather than country since it is the USA SB PCs group. . .is this correct, am I missing something, or is this an exception?

This swap is just as it says, not from your state or country. I've heard mixed views on cards from other countries being swapped on this group, and I can't decide! I love them both so as long as they're the storebought touristic type, they're good by me :)

The intent of the group is: USA swappers only, but the cards can be from anywhere.....store bought. I do send some foreign cards and have had issues. You can send me a card from another country anytime.

Now I get it. . . DUH!!! I really enjoy touristy PCs from other countries (my way of traveling), but I was (mis)reading this group. . .my error, and thanks both of you for responding ~~
