Alternative Spirituality Music Mix CD

For this swap, you will create a mix CD with at least 15 spiritual songs. These songs should invoke spirituality, and should draw on the experiences, history, or mythology of non-traditional spirituality or worship.

Examples:

pretty much anything by Gaia Consort

Krishna Das, Dave Stringer and other Indian chant

Native American music

many folk songs (look at Pentangle and Steeleye Span especially)

Counter-Examples:

Contemporary Christian music (like Hillsong or Michael W. Smith)

Hymns and Gospel

These songs do not have to have words. In fact, some of the music that touches me the most is instrumental.

Because so much of this swap is subjective, I would also like everyone to include short explanations of why they chose each song.

Restrictions:
