Cooking can get very expensive, especially when you have plenty of mouths to feed!! For this swap you will simply be taking a composition book(or similar dimensions) and filling it with 40 low budget recipes that will feed a family of at least 5!! No decorating necessary, but are welcome to if desired!!

So what do you do after you have writtten in the recipes? Directions are unclear......

What about those of us who do not write out recipes but have a file online for recipes? Can we make copies & paste them in the book? It's been years since I've used recipe cards or written recipes out...

I'm sorry for not being very clear. After you have put in all your recipes, that's it...you will then just send it off to your partner. The idea is just to share cheap but delicious recipes with your partner!! You are more than welcome to print the recipes off and glue to the pages if you wish :)

I just want to make sure I'm doing this right: Are these to be dinner meals, or are dessert recipes ok as well, and side dishes. I started writing a bunch down in a composition book, and thought "What if I just did all of this work and it's wrong?" lol

I think I did mine wrong. I used. Mini composition book. I really mean small. Decorated it and have over 100 recipes in small print. I was going to include a magifying glass with it and a surprise gift. But if you think I should change over to the larger book I can
