Halloween year round and round (international) ATC

This will be the first swap of (hopefully) many that I host... Being that I am new to the process I want it to be pretty simple. If the swap goes well, then I intend to have many more Halloween swaps through the year. Especially in October =)...

You will be creating a Halloween themed ATC, anything goes. EXCEPT STICKER SLAPPING, although in moderation and around designs are okay. Only thing I ask is that it meets the requirements of a standard ATC. Have fun and be creative, inspire the inspired ;)
