Description:
Stamp an image on your ATC using one color of ink pad. Stamp the same image on piece of scrap cardstock. Using a punch of your choice, punch out an area you would like to hightlight Now color your punched out piece. Mount the colored piece onto your ATC. One ATC for 2 partners. You are a trusted member of this group, but I reserve the right to ban.
