Description:

The image above is just an example of what has be done in a food for the God's swap.

Here is Swap #7 in the Food for the Gods swap. You do not have to have swapped in the other Food for the Gods Swaps to take part in the fun. For this swap choose one God or Goddess from Greece or the Rome whose name starts with the letter “G” and find a recipe that uses one of the foods that they are associated with. (This includes herbs and spices) Put the recipe and a few lines about the deity that you have chosen on a piece of paper (28x21 cm this is a easy cut down from the American 81/2x 11 standard size sheet of paper and lets others outside the US play). Decorate the sheet in a way that would be pleasing to look at . Be creative and have fun with the art. This can be done on the computer, by hand or both but should be the original art work and not a copy of it. The recipe does not have to be of your creation but please tell where or who you got the recipe from. Make it a food you would want to try or love already. Have fun, be creative and make your partner smile. I hope you join in the fun. I have gotten some outstanding recipe sheets that were both beautiful and educational and look forward to many more.

Requirements: 1. Pick a God or Goddess whose name starts with the letter “G” and find a food that is associated with them.

  1. Find a recipe that uses that food as one of its ingredients ( don’t for get to give credit where credit is due)

  2. Put a few lines about your God or Goddess, the food ingredient that relates to them and the recipe on a sheet of 28 x 21cm paper

  3. Decorate the paper in a way that relates to your deity. Do not send a copy of the original.

  4. Put the name of the swap and your swap name on the back of your swap or on a separate note so your partner knows who to rate.
