My name is Angie and I live in Wisconsin.
I have two dogs, Daisy and Bruiser. I lost my mailart muse, Snooky the Corgi, last November. He was a good boy.
I like to make mixed media postcards and ATCs. I like to play with rubber stamps including hand carving my own. I have a big shot with cool dies. I have lots of stencils. Recently I've been painting more though I still love the other stuff.
People often reveal their age and then say, "But I'm young at heart." I've always been old at heart.
I'm not really into astrology though that whole Gemini thing certainly has some truth to it. I often see things from multiple points of view. In addition, I can be social and gregarious and then quiet and withdrawn. I'm happy both ways just at different times.
I remember my dreams vividly and I do think they tell me things. A book I was reading recently suggested that we are all the characters in our dreams. I find that interesting.
I like ...
The color orange
Bohemian, shabby chic type styles
Wearing blue jeans
Jurassic Park (books and movies)
Survivor (television show)
Twilight and daybreak (times of day, not movies)
My husband is a big super hero/comic book fan - so by association, so am I. We'll usually see all the DC and Marvel movies in the theater. We both enjoy science fiction movies together as well. He's an artist in his own right and so is supportive of my efforts to be one. We've been married for 20 years.
