About Me

I am an artist and future social worker (just earned my MSW) living in New England.

I have a small art studio in my home that is packed with bits of nature I find on my beach combing and hiking trips. I have begun incorporating many of these pieces into my watercolor paintings.

I adore vintage items - tiny dishes to hold seashells, old paint palettes, various bits and bobs.I am trying to build up my collection of books on female artists. I journal every day and am always on the lookout for the perfect pen that writes smoothly.

I am always thrilled to receive bits of nature, especially shells - whole or broken - that have interesting colors/textures/patterns. The smaller the better for me. Tiny sea glass, beautiful small stones, anything like that.

I Know I'm in There Somewhere - a must read for women everywhere at any age. This book changed my life

Response: Thank you for the kind words - and the heart! I use Pigma Micron 02 and 005 pens made by Sakura. I get them at Michael's for a couple bucks each. I highly recommend them - archival quality and waterproof. Thanks again!
