I love critters, whimsey, collage, junk journaling in the addictive state ... and anything to do with creating ephemera to nail down in it. I should have been a gypsy, as there is usually no rhyme or reason with my daily journals. I pre-create or decorate pages & when the month is up, I grab 16 more pages randomly to use for the next month. That's how I roll these days anyway. OH, and I love love love DIE CUTS .... I just got a Tim Holt Sizzix Switch ... and what a marvel "it must be". Need some time (like a 30-hour day would help) ... to play with it & get started.

Favorite colors: blue/purple, blue/white, red/white & black. Those are colors I can wear. Orange, green, yellow are all fun to create with. And I am now leaning into the neutrals and "vintage" look of things lately.

Love music, WLTE was my favorite station here until they turned it into country western ... and I DO like CW, but in small doses. Prefer the likes of Lionel Richey, Barry Manalow, & the softer side of music. Favorite all time piece is a piano tune called "Rachel's Song" by Gary Prim. LOVE his music.

I also love digi kits on Etsy. And my PayPal account could prove it. At the moment I put myself on a Budget Freeze!!! BUT I did sign up for "The Digital Collage Club" a few years ago, and it's fabulous. Now they have started a "Clip Art Club" and I DID join that for a lifetime membership. ALREADY have my membership paid for in junk journal kits, ephemera and loads of stuff!! GOOD DEAL!

Will take winter over summer & Fall over Spring, but mostly I just hate HEAT & HUMIDITY, so anything in-between that, I enjoy.

Wish List is simple: Bits N' Bobs, Small ephemera or border strips, just about anything qualifies here to put me in my happy place. I'm a perfectionist that has learned to "let go" finally ... but I'm still picky, so I create with perfection being my goal. If it doesn't make me smile when I'm done .... it's not good enough to send out.

I'm a senior and not liking it. Just lost my baby boy (Buddy Briar) on March 24th. I have since adopted a little girl named Snickers, and she comes from Texas having survived a violent background of breeding, hoarding, and abuse. On Oct 21, 2024 we will celebrate our first SIX months together, and she has come such a long way. Toys were foreign to her, love was not the norm, and sounds and noises terrify her. The 4th of July was terrible. She's learning about apartment life, lots of people (that DO NOT hurt her) and that geese & ducks and walks are really a cool experience. AND oh, she loves a good squirrel encounter.

Other than my junk journaling, I like to read, and I am in the process of switching from a LONG-TIME Apple / Mac user, to a laptop with Windows! WISH ME LUCK! It's time to put some of my hard earned money into the other rich .... (man's) pocket.
