I'm an avid reader and crafter, who loves learning about world religions and experimenting with new crafts. While I'm a Reform Jew, I collect items and images from many religious traditions, including Judaica, Buddhist-inspired art, and Goddess images. These influence my art enormously, so if you get my as a partner, don't be surprised if your swap has some variation on religious iconography. I'm a writer of nonfiction with a specialty in military family issues, a public speaker and activist.
Too many to name! I'm a film lover and have really eclectic tastes. I do not like horror movies or anything really gory though. A few all-time classics:
I love to experiment and play around with new projects and media. I've dabbled in a bit of everything and try to learn something new as often as possible. I do NOT scrapbook though.
Please, no food products. I have dietary restrictions and they will end up donated or in the garbage. I would hate to have you waste your money on something that can't be used. :-(
I love all sorts of religious imagry, but please, no Christian or overtly evangelistic items. Thanks! :-)
I love pink, red, black, copper, and most earth tones.
I love Art Deco styles, as well as Modern Pop Surrealism for example, check out Pinkytoast's work at www.etsy.com or the various artists represented at www.excellentvirtu.com
