About Me

I'm a wife, stay-at-home mom (11 & 15), artist, cupcake freak, compulsive shopper, wanna-be super girl, who's trying to find her knitch!

I've started at cupcake business out of my home called Hey Cupcake.

I guess my favorite colors are purple, mauve, pink, brown, green & black (in no particular order). Really like the combos pink/brown, pink/black, blue/brown.

Favorite animal: elephant

I'm a "retro/vintage" fan (40's, 50's & 60's) - love the fashion, art, ad art, decor... I'm also a fan of the ol' pin-up girls!

I'm also gettin into the Marie Antoinette/Frenchy-French stuff!!

Love coffe & tea (collect unusual mugs/tea cups and also collect teas).

stbks During the school year, I'm at Starbucks almost every day! Cinnamon Dolce Latte is my fav right now!

donut If I had to pick a favorite doughnut, it would definitely be a pink frosted doughnut (with sprinkles sometimes too).

LOVE all kinds of music (not much into classical or twangy country). Right now I REALLY LOVE JOHN MAYER! James Morrison, Adele, Joss Stone, U2, Norah Jones, John Mayer...

I used to sing - now I hardly even sing in the shower!

I play the guitar, used to play the flute, and I'm REALLY good at playing the radio!! I ROCK at Guitar Hero II!!!!!

LOVE the Twilight Series and the Sookie Stackhouse Novels (True Blood/HBO)!!! Love those vampires!!

Love cookbooks (especially ones with LOTS of pictures)! Love baking and cooking Italian the most!

My favorite story growing up was, "The Little Mermaid". I LOVE Disney's Little Mermaid, but prefer the original story.

And the yarn comic lady is hilarious, but it's not quite right. Mine would have half the inside of the skein piled out in a big tangled clump on the floor!! That's the way I start pretty much every new skein of yarn! ....you'd think I'd learn...
