Books I Like:

I read pretty eclectically –

nonfiction – psycology, sociology, religious studies (as in college text books, not books about Christianity), and history

Horror (the original Dracula is a favorite of mine and I collect all kinds of Dracula publications both illustrated and not).

I'm liking cozy mysteries right now, though I do prefer ones that don't have a triad love feud and which do not contain girl on girl hate as a main part of the storyline, also obnoxious pets are overdone and I”m so over it.

Books I'm Always Looking For: Almost anything fairytale, mythology or folklore related – especially illustrated children's book (I collect)

I don't have cable but I do have netflix and I love watching movies!!! I'm a lover of “B” horror films and will watch those almost without question. I generally love sci-fi and fantasy. Some recent watches that I enjoyed include: The Bye Bye Man, Mercy Black, Don't Knock Twice

TV: I watch zero TV on an actual TV, I have Netflix and Amazon Prime and that's where I watch all my TV (binging of course): The Wallking Dead, Lucifer, Riverdale, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Supernatural, Murder She Wrote

I also watch quite a lot of documentaries

World religions - I grew up without religion so I find them all pretty interesting,That said, I don't want to be inundated with religious stuff. I am however always interested in religions of the world. I am pagan myself.

Nature – light hiking (I used to do a lot more outdoor stuff but my health has been poor for several years). I am hoping to get back into it.

Cooking – love trying out new recipes!

Reading – I am always working on reading at least one book

Writing – fiction for myself as an outlet for stress

Mixed Media and Junk Journaling – so much fun!

Coffee/Tea Dying Papers – I run an Etsy shop just for this creative outlet

I am pescatarian and have been for a couple of years now. I eat 95% vegetarian and am really happy with how that makes me feel. I like medium spicy food (pad thai is one of my most favorite foods) and I love trying new foods that I have never had before.
