I like ATC's, collages, mixed media art, altered art, photography etc.

At the moment my favorite thing is to mix my photos with images from 50's - 70's magazines. I like to use old magazines and books, both images and texts.

My Flickr photos and Flickr groups will tell you a lot about me and what I like in arts and crafts.

POSTCARDS: Store bought, photo /art - no cartoons or sentiments, 50's - 70's, black and white photos, realistic more than romantic or cute (except old children's book illustrations), Anne Taintor. Anything bird related, Boston terriers, Bulldogs, coffee, tea, goodies, old things, vintage pin-ups, cats, animals etc.

PAPERS, IMAGES, DETAILS ON COLLAGES: Birds, nests, eggs, fishes, Boston terriers, old clocks, anything 50's - 70's. All shades of brown and other so called retro colors rather than pastel ones. Stripes and polka dots. I prefer non-textured, acid free papers. I'm more into realistic images than stereotypically cute or romantic ones.

Comment: Thanks for your postcard ! Wow ! I received from Finland, a country that very far from me. I have heard that some countries in Europe will entitle a year long of maternity leave. Not too sure how true is it. But, I'm in Malaysia , we only entitle for 3 weeks leave. How's your system in your country ?
Response: In Finland we're very lucky. We get maternity allowance for 105 workdays and then parental allowance for 158 workdays(for mother or father). After that it's possible to take a child care leave but I guess we can't afford that even though I'd love to stay home much longer. Three weeks is such a short time!
