I guess fourth times a charm. lol The previous time I tried, they didn't even let it leave the local PO, they sent put it back with a post it not claiming the address was incomplete and that something was wrong with my postage. :/
Thank you for the ATCs for the March Wishlist! You made great choices - I love all of them. The handcarved stamp ones are very inspiring, and I love the mini ATC with the bird for my flying-themed book project.
