I'm a Midwest gal with a strong interest in keeping busy. I'm an art teacher by trade, yet an extremely humble art connoisseur. I enjoy simplicity, and highly appreciate caution to detail. I like seeing unconventional materials being used in a conventional way. I'm addicted to accessorizing.

I enjoy thrifts, or antiques. The most thrilling feeling is hanging my newest find on one of my overly crowded apartment walls. It gives the kittens something to look at. Opening mail is a close 2nd.

I enjoy history, as all people, places, and things have their own story to tell. Being a teacher, my budget doesn't allow for expansive travel, so I have to enjoy my little town, and explore its nooks that aren't often brought to light.

My favorite genre of literature is Noir.

My fellow is a pretty lucky guy because I love to bake. I enjoy wading my way through unexplored recipes, always adding chocolate in some way. I also love summer because I can get my hands on locally grown produce to gnaw on throughout the week. Especially the blueberries.

I look forward to swapping, as it will keep my creativity flowing. A much needed change to my daily routine!
